What’s the timescale on furniture to order?

Normally 6-8 weeks on most things.

Some items can be expressed so please feel free to ask.

We also have lots of items to take away.

What deposit do I pay?

We take a 50% deposit and you just pay the balance when it’s ready.

Do you do Interest Free Credit?

We do! We will help you spread the payments to suit your lifestyle. Ask us for details, we’re happy to chat.

Can I order online?

No, because to get the most from Millhouse it’s well worth a visit. Shop our store at leisure, indulge in a coffee or two, (biscuits optional) - touch and feel our fabulous furniture. We spend on average, 49 hours a week on the best seat in the house so we believe when buying a sofa, a bottom test is essential!

How far do you deliver?

Far and wide - our drivers will venture anywhere in the mainland UK, call or email for costs.

Were you once Millhouse Pine?

We were indeed, when people loved pine we made everything out of this golden wood! This was 15 years ago and as we’ve grown, so has our product offer. We are proud to be a thriving British family business, now in our 29th year!

How does the furniture arrive?

Most larger items come apart for access. Don’t worry we assemble everything for you, take away and recycle all packaging.....so all you have to do is enjoy your new piece of Millhouse furniture!

Do you give a guarantee?

Be assured that all our products have a 12 month guarantee minimum and some items come with longer guarantees.

We have also introduced an amazing care plan which means your furniture is protected against any unforeseen accidents, which tend to happen at some point throughout the lifetime of your furniture. We will only ever recommend a product that benefits our customers.
